National Geographic Little KidsFebruary 2007 National Geographic Kids, the award-winning magazine from National Geographic, has brought the world and all of its places, wildlife, people, and cultures to thousands of kids. It is tailored to ages 6 to 14, covering all primary education levels from 1st grade and up. Now, National Geographic has introduced a new magazine for even younger learners: National Geographic Little Kids.
National Geographic Little Kids (which is both a print magazine and a website) is tailored to 3- to 6-year-olds and their parents. It develops prereading, reading, science, math, and motor skills while introducing kids to animals, crafts, recipes, people, cultures, science experiments, games, and more. It is an opportunity for parents to spend quality time with their kids while sharing with them a valuable learning experience.
At the time of this writing, a year's subscription (six issues) to the print version National Geographic Little Kids magazine is only $15. See the website (linked above) for more information on ordering.
