Bike Corrals: Local Business Benefits, Impacts and Attitudes

Bio: Jack Cebe joined Alta in 2011 and has since worked on a variety of project types including complete streets design, large-scale regional bicycle and pedestrian master plans, city-wide and community bicycle and pedestrian plans, and bikeway feasibility studies. Jack’s background is Landscape Architecture, but he also has significant planning expertise. Recent projects include work on the South Carolina Multi-modal Transportation Plan (2013), the MnDOT Snelling Avenue Multi-Modal Transportation Plan (2012), Lower Savannah Council of Governments (LSCOG) Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan, SC (2011), Augusta Regional Transportation Study Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan, GA/SC (2011), and Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plans for Barnwell, SC and Orangeburg, SC (2011). Jack walks and bicycles for both transportation and recreation, and believes active transportation is a tool for community development and embettering people’s lives.
