Bio: I am a Principal Consultant at Camiros, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois. The main focus of my work is zoning, though I have been involved in a variety of planning projects. I have worked on a variety of zoning codes, including form-based, hybrid, "green"-focused, and performance-based.

Bio: Gary J. Jastrzab is Executive Director of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC). He has over three decades of experience in a variety of planning, project management, and policy development initiatives.

Education: Mr. Jastrzab holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design and Sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating cum laude and with special honors in Sociology, and a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Philadelphia Commission on Parks and Recreation, the Board of Directors of the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation and the University at Buffalo Alumni Association, has served on the Philadelphia Historical Commission, and is a former member of the Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission and the Zoning Board of Adjustment. He is a member of the American Planning Association and a number of other professional, civic, and charitable organizations.
