Bio: Ms. Lewis is a project planner with Cardno JFNew, an environmental consulting and ecosystem restoration firm. Previously she was a senior research associate in APA’s research department, with a research emphasis on land conservation, energy efficiency, and emerging green technologies. She has also been a planning consultant with Wallace Roberts and Todd in Philadelphia, and a research associate with the Environmental Law Institute.
Education: Ms. Lewis has a bachelor of arts in economics from Indiana University and a master’s degree in regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bio: Mr. Clark is a Senior Consultant with Cardno ENTRIX with over 30 years of project management experience in the public and private sectors. His experience includes preparation of local and regional water supply plans, water quality management plans, city and county comprehensive plans and land development regulations. Terry has worked at the state, regional and local government levels and was a small business owner/operator. In addition to his technical expertise, Terry has extensive experience with meeting facilitation and public engagement. Terry has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in geography and a master’s degree in human resource development. He is a certified planner and project manager. Terry is also author of the book, Project Management for Planners: A Practical Guide published by the American Planning Association (ISBN 1-884829-63-5).
