How can you turn community liabilities like wastewater treatment, vacant land upkeep, and stormwater diversion into assets through reuse and repurposing? This session examines the efforts of Portland, Seattle, and Chicago to do just that. Learn how these communities succeeded in reusing, repurposing, and recycling land and water for productive purposes—and reduced costs, energy and water use, and blight in the process.
