Bio: Matt Hayes is a Senior Associate and Southeast Regional Manager at Alta/Greenways with ten years of experience in pedestrian, bicycle, and open space planning and over ten years of GIS experience. He has contributed to more than 100 separate planning and design projects, managing 40 of those projects. He was the consultant project manager for WalkBikeNC, the North Carolina Statewide Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan. He has led dozens of pedestrian and bicycle planning efforts across North Carolina.
