Bio: Rebecca Brofft Everette is a community and environmental planner with a background in communications, public involvement, natural resources, and urban and regional planning. She began her career with the Center for Public Deliberation based at Colorado State University, planning and facilitating public meetings related to the improvement of public dialogue. Rebecca has managed and supported the development of numerous comprehensive and subarea plans; recreation, trails and open space plans; regional public involvement efforts; long-range visioning processes; and intensive, controversial environmental impact statement (EIS) processes. She has worked with clients at all scales of government, including small rural towns, growing cities, multi-county regions, and federal land management agencies.

Bio: Bruce Meighen is a Principle and Vice President with AECOM with over 20 years of expereience. He is a certified planner with over 20 years of experenicen who specializes in local and regional land use planning, and has effectively applied the concepts of New Urbanism, neighborhood planning, and Smart Growth to his planning projects. He also has experience in comprehensive planning, demographic analysis, park and recreation studies, and resource management.
