Bio: Wendy E. Moeller, AICP, is a principal and owner of Compass Point Planning, a planning and development firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has worked in the planning field since graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Urban Planning in 1996. Ms. Moeller is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has also received a certificate of completion in form-based codes from the Form Based Codes Institute (FBCI). Ms. Moeller has served as a project manager and planner for numerous planning, regulatory, and development projects throughout her career including, but not limited to, comprehensive and growth management plans; zoning, subdivision, unified development codes, and other land use regulations; form-based regulations; design standards and guidelines; land use plans; redevelopment plans; and demographic, economic, and mapping analyses. Her experience comes from working on projects across the United States with extensive work in the Midwest. Ms. Moeller is a regular speaker at local, state, regional, and national conferences and is very active in the state and local section of APA-Ohio where she currently serves as the immediate past chapter president. Ms. Moeller is also currently serving a term on the Board of Directors for the Signage Foundation, Inc.

Bio: Michael Matteson, AICP, has served as Planning Director for Williamson County, Tennessee since 2005. During his tenure, the County developed and adopted a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan, which won an Outstanding Planning Award from the Tennessee Chapter of the American Planning Association, as well as a new Zoning Ordinance, which became effective on January 1, 2013. Michael has more than 20 years of progressively responsible experience in the planning profession, having previously worked for the City of Rock Hill, SC, where he served as Senior Planner, and the City of Asheville, NC, where he held various positions, including that of City Development Director.

Bio: Stephen Tocknell, AICP is a transportation and growth management consultant based in Jacksonville FL, currently doing business as Tocknell Planning Services. Before moving to Florida to join the planning staff of a large architectural and engineering consulting firm, Mr. Tocknell worked for over 20 years as an independent transportation consultant in Tennessee. He currently has clients in both states. Mr. Tocknell is a past president of APA TN, and is also the First Coast Section Chair for APA FL.
