By contrast, apartment living in a remote area can be isolating. APA Atlanta Pub Crawl: Take a Stroll Down Atlanta’s Red Carpet

Please join the Georgia Chapter of Young Planners Group for a walk down Atlanta's Red Carpet. Our region has seen benefits of a growing presence of the film industry in Metro Atlanta, and we'd love for you to experience it too! The pub crawl will include a "Red Carpet" stop, a stop at the "Emmy's" and "Oscars," and, of course, an "After Party" stop. Each location will feature the various things filmed or being filmed in Atlanta! Your registration fee will include a photo op on our APA Red Carpet, a complimentary beverage and drink specials at each venue, and, also, some late night snacks at the "After Party." Don't worry though, the Red Carpet in Atlanta is dress casual. Please join us!

APA Student Case Competition

APA invites student members to compete in its annual Student Case Competition, held in conjunction with the National Planning Conference. Hosted by the Georgia Tech School of City and Regional Planning.

Students will be given the case on-site. They have three hours to develop and submit their prize-winning response to a panel of seasoned AICP and FAICP members. This is an individual competition (no teams). Space is limited. Participation limited to APA student members. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
