At the ACSP Conference Planning and Social Responsibility Symposium November 9, 2006 •
Fort Worth, Texas The symposium featured practicing planners and researchers who will identify best practices, emerging trends, promising approaches, recurring obstacles, or pressing questions about integrating fairness and inclusion into planning practice. Purpose - To better define the role of practicing planners in integrating the values of social and economic equity and racial inclusion in their work
- To create resources for socially responsible planning including a transcript of the symposium, symposium papers or abstracts, participant biographies and links to information on social responsibility in planning
