Zoning Practice makes it possible for subscribers and website visitors to ask questions of current authors about their articles. Authors will study the questions, consolidate any that are similar, and write answers that will be posted on this website.
As communities grow and develop, they become more vulnerable to natural hazards. The October issue of Zoning Practice outlined principles and techniques for conducting safe growth audits as a means of reducing those vulnerabilities. The material is drawn from an upcoming PAS Report, Integrating Hazard Mitigation into Local Planning, due out next spring.
