In Memoriam: Art Buckley, AICP
Long-standing APA New York Upstate Chapter Board member and Wyoming County planner Art Buckley, AICP, passed on April 4, 2016.
An email from the chapter stated that Buckley "was, and will forever be a large part of the Upstate Planning Community." He served as the chapter's Professional Development Officer and dedicated his career to serve the community and promote the planning profession.
