NPC18 closed with an energizing and motivating closing keynote address on economic and social equity by Angela Glover Blackwell, founder and CEO of PolicyLink.
Glover Blackwell encouraged planners to seek "curb-cut solutions," where helping the most vulnerable has benefits for all of society.
