Site Remediation Regulatory Updates

While the regulatory burden of achieving environmental clearance has improved with the LSRP program, the ever-changing requirements (especially very stringent soil and grd water cleanup criteria) have made this essential environmental issue one of great concern and complexity. this program helped to better define and explain the impacts of many of the common types of contamination that can plague development sites.

Stormwater: Impending Regulatory Changes

This is a crucial part of land development design and compliance, and with multiple agencies having jurisdiction over stormwater design, it becomes increasingly difficult to serve many (regulatory) masters. This program helped sort through the critical SWM requirements that will satisfy the NJDEP in particular. Our company also participated in a recent stormwater analysis of green infrastructure by NJ Future, which was a valuable experience.
