Wasn't clear this discussion was going to be so focused on public agencies with jurisdiction over fish and wildlife and water issues, so didn't yield what I expected. Partly stemmed from not providing information in advance who was going to be on the panel. The series of questions from panel moderator seemed rather repetitive, a lot broader scope of issues could have been covered.
