Very interesting what they are doing with the old school. Many schools just fall into disrepair and eventually go through demolition by neglect but Emporia has found a great solution.

Good presentation about how the business was started including a unique funding mechanism. I was towards the back of the room though and couldn't hear everything as clearly as I would have liked due to noise from the nearby busy street. It would have helped to have the speakers mic'd up for this particular venue.
