Missoula County does a lot of things right, including Building Permits, Land Use & Zoning Compliance Permits to assist in growth management. I would like to see MCA Title 12, 50 & 76 get talked about and reconciled in the future! Especially townhomes! The exemption, does not match the building code, does not match the implementation regulations!
