Using GTFS Data in ArcGIS
Esri staff are nice and knowledgeable in both Esri products and transit. Melinda developed wonderful tools for using GTFS data in GIS and did a great work educating us how to use the tools. Alberto spent his lunch time walking me through how to convert a python script to a geoprocessing tool.
I found the workshop very helpful. If you are interested in using GTFS data in GIS and/or the Network Analyst tool, I encourage you to attend their workshop in the future.

Drone On
All presentations were good, but "Designing 3D Air Road Networks for Low-Altitude UAV" by Junhee Youn, Research Fellow, Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology, Goyang , South Korea was outstanding. This paper presented very innovative work on how to regulate UAV traffic in the skies over urban areas.
