A two day seminar on Land Use issues in Utah. This is a multi-discipline seminar with speakers and attendees from several various fields including planning, legal, real estate, appraisal, and development.

Day One: Development Agreements Workshop
Nine seasoned professionals speak on all aspects of development agreements—why they remain a viable tool to manage development. We will consider how to draft and implement development agreements based on recent legal actions and evolving experience on the front lines of land use practice. We will discuss drafting issues, review essential provisions, and discuss best practices in optimizing their value and effectiveness from both private and
public points of view.
