This moderated panel discussion will investigate the strengths, the motivations, and the mentoring needs of a new generation of urban planners rising through junior and mid-level positions. A distinguished panel of fellows, managers, and academics — all established in their careers — will discuss the skill sets these planners bring to the field and the tools in which they need mentoring.
