About Blue Cypress Consulting
Blue Cypress Consulting provides community planning, GIS, public outreach, and utility management services for local, state, and federal clients throughout the United States. We partner with our clients as a prime consultant, work with teaming partners as a valued subconsultant, and are a registered woman-owned small business in dozens of locations across the country. Caroline Evans, our founding principal, started the company in 2013 with a vision of improving the communities in which we work and play. Our planning services help our clients build community by developing or fulfilling a vision, gathering information from the public, educating stakeholders, creating or enhancing neighborhood plans, and supporting the execution of those plans. We have offices in Decatur, Georgia; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Seattle, Washington.
