REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The Cascade County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from interested consultants to execute tasks as outlined in the successful application for EPA funding for the ACM Superfund Cooperative Agreement.

Proposals are being sought for Master Planning expertise to achieve three planning tasks: Task 1) Develop Trail Access and Connectivity for Black Eagle Park (OU1) and the County Park (OU2); Task 2) Develop a Land Use Master Plan for OU2; and, 3) Explore Long Term Management Options for OU2 Superfund Properties.

Successful response will demonstrate ability to work with diverse cross-section of the community to achieve consensus including residents, private interests and a variety of local, state and federal government officials. Demonstration of successful involvement in relationship building, public awareness, communication and consensus building is an absolute for the successful response. Deliverables will include documentation of public comment and consensus decisions portrayed as visual conceptual design drawings and accompanying descriptive text.
