Retainer Agreement Recreational Facilities, Public Access improvements and Related Environmental Restoration Enhancement/Programs/Projects

The Department of General Services, Real Estate Services Division, Project Management and Development Branch, Environmental Services Unit is requesting submittals from professional landscape architectural firms for a retainer contract that will be used on an as-needed basis for projects that involve planning and design for construction of recreational facilities, public access improvements, and environmental restoration/enhancement activities in the Lake Tahoe Basin and Truckee River Watershed. PMDB is interested in securing the services of a landscape architect consultant that can provide a wide range of recreational/public access facility design and development expertise.

Interested firms may obtain a Request for Qualifications Package (RFQ) by downloading it from the Procurement Division's California State Contracts Register on the Internet at: http://caleprocure.dgs.ca.gov. The RFQ package may also be obtained by sending a request to one of the contact points listed below. Please include AD Number, contact person's name, firm name, firm's Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), mailing address and phone number. Request processing will be delayed if all information is not provided.
