Replace Communications Facilities, Phase V

Statewide: Counties of Calaveras, Stanislaus, Santa Cruz, Humboldt, Shasta, Nevada and Possibly Adjacent Counties

Provide professional environmental services necessary to prepare the appropriate State and federal environmental documents related to the CAL FIRE Replace Communication Facilities, Phase V projects. CAL FIRE proposes to replace deteriorating and obsolete existing mountaintop telecommunications towers, vault, and other supporting infrastructure as required and add an additional tower at a seventh site. The six facility replacements and the addition of a tower at an existing facility proposed by CAL FIRE are likely to include: Sierra Vista in Calaveras, Mount Oso in Stanislaus, Chalk Mountain in Santa Cruz, Prat Mountain and Mount Pierce in Humboldt, Bunchgrass in Shasta, and Banner Mountain in Nevada Counties. 

Interested firms may obtain a Request for Qualifications Package (RFQ) by downloading it from the eProcurement Division’s California State Contracts Register on the Internet at: http://www.caleprocure.ca.gov. This is the preferred point of contact. The RFQ package may also be obtained by sending a request to one of the contact points listed below. Please include AD Number, contact person’s name, firm name, firm’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), mailing address and phone number. Request processing will be delayed if all information is not provided.
