The City of Faribault requests qualifications from consultants to prepare a Comprehensive Plan, Downtown Master Plan, and a Park System Plan.

The City intends to select a consultant through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process who best addresses the City's needs. Once selected, the consultant and City will negotiate a work program and budget.

The City anticipates a maximum budget of $400,000.00 to complete this work.
