Owner desires to secure the services of a professional planner to prepare a master plan for our 64 acre property to support a 3 to 5 year development plan that includes establishing a small beef cattle farm on 30 acres and on the remaking 64 acres plan for homesite, a wedding venue and rental cabins, a small pond, vegetable farm, fruit and nut tree plantings, ornamental gardens, walking and mountain bike trails. The property has two spring fed creeks and varying topography with some pasture (6 acres) and mixed forested areas (58 acres). The property has been idle since the 1960's.
