COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF JOLIET

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - RFQ 2375-1218

The City of Joliet, Illinois is seeking experienced companies to respond to a request for qualifications (RFQ) issued for a Comprehensive Plan for the City of Joliet, Illinois.

Qualifications will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Joliet Municipal Building, 150 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432 until 11 a.m. local prevailing time on Thursday, October 25, 2018 for the following project: Comprehensive Plan for the City of Joliet RFQ

Those desiring to submit qualifications and proposals may examine the documents and detailed specifications in the City of Joliet Purchasing Division, 150 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All proposal document holders should sign up for RSS feeds at http://www.cityofjoliet.info/departments/finance/purchasing/bids-proposals/consulting and provide your first and last name and email address to automatically receive addendums. Addendums will also be posted on the City of Joliet's website at http://cityofjoliet.info/Home/Components/RFP/RFP/3789/644?backlist=%2fdepartments%2ffinance%2fpurchasing%2fbids-proposals. The potential vendor/contractor remains responsible for obtaining all addenda to the original specification so they should check the specific page before submitting their qualifications to make sure they have received all addendums to a specific project.

All questions should be submitted to the Purchasing/Contracts Administrator Margaret McEvilly at mmcevilly@jolietcity.org prior to October 18, 2018 at noon. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted to the City of Joliet's website. Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered or acknowledged.

The City of Joliet reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted qualifications.
