Planning and Design Services for New Basalt Master Plan Project

The Town of Basalt is accepting proposals from qualified planning and design firms to provide services associated with the New Basalt Master Plan Project. Sealed proposals will be received at the Town of Basalt, Basalt Town Hall, 101 Midland Avenue, Basalt, Colorado, 81621 until 2:00 pm (our clock), Thursday, January 31, 2019 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened.

The electronic Request for Proposals (RFP) plus appendix will be made available electronically starting on Thursday, December 6^th until the time that the proposals are opened. Interested firms should send an email to planning@basalt.net. The email subject line should read: RFP — New Basalt Master Plan Project. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Town of Basalt Town Hall, 101 Midland Avenue, Basalt, Colorado 81621, at 3:00 pm MDT on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. All firms intending to submit a proposal for the project are recommended to have a representative participate in the pre-proposal meeting.

This solicitation for proposals may be canceled by the Town, and proposal may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the best proposal.

The Proposal must be placed in one envelope securely sealed therein and labeled "Proposal for New Basalt Master Plan Project" and delivered to the Town of Basalt at the address stated above on or before the proposal opening date and time stated above.
