Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be retrieved by accessing the Purchasing page of the City of Farmington website, http://www.fmtn.org/bids.aspx?bidID=498 by calling (505) 599-1373 or visiting the Central Purchasing Office at 805 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico. A pre-submittal conference will be held at the Executive Conference Room, City Hall, 800 Municipal Drive, Farmington, New Mexico, at 1:30 PM on March 7, 2019. Deadline for questions is March 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

The City will utilize a two-step solicitation process:

Step One: Request for Qualifications (RFQs): Due on March 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Step Two: Request for Proposals (after evaluation of the RFQs, the City will select firms to submit a RFP):  Due on April 16, 2019.
