The services to be rendered through this solicitation will support and lead services within the three core components of a City prepared standardized Business District Development Process (BDDP) including, community organizing and education, enhancing place and economic growth. The Contractor is required to utilize the standardized Business District Development Process framework to support all deliverables within the scope of work. A list of what is included in the BDDP can be found in Resources section of the RFP. The City anticipates to secure a contract for one (1) year with two (2) twelve (12) month renewal options. The City will not accept any price proposals over $150,000 to complete this Scope of Work in its entirety.
