Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for the Yavapai Passenger Transportation Study (YPTS). The purpose of this project is to identify projects and strategies to enhance transportation services in Yavapai County in order to improve community mobility and increase residents’ access to medical appointments, employment and shopping. The project will be completed in maximum of eleven (11) months from the date of the Notice to Proceed at a cost not to exceed $100,000.

A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. (MST) in Phoenix, AZ; additional information about the Pre-Submittal Conference is provided in the RFP.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) on August 12, 2019, at NACOG Planning, 323 N. San Francisco Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001.
