REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Canaveral Port Authority is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to serve as the master developer for selected commercial properties within The Cove area at Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Florida, PUR-RFQ-13-4.
To obtain a Proposal Qualifications Packet, interested parties must submit a bidder registration form (available on CPA website). Packets will be available 07/02/13. This solicitation is governed by CPA Policy 2011-02, Establishment of a Limited Communications Period with Respect to Procurement Procedures. Sealed Qualifications Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the receiving area of Canaveral Port Authority, 445 Challenger Rd., Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 for the COVE MASTER DEVELOPER on August 28, 2013 until 2:00 PM-EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). Receiving area for sealed proposals is in rear of building and will be manned week days from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (DO NOT LEAVE SEALED PROPOSALS WITH 1ST FLOOR SECURITY GUARD).
A selection committee meeting will be held on September 10, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing proposals and preparing a ranking to short list firms for presentations/interviews. This ranking will be presented to the Canaveral Port Authority Board of Commissioners for approval at their regular September 2013 meeting. The selection committee meeting will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room at the CPA offices, 445 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL and will be open to the public.
The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the Owner.
