Angle Lake Station Area Sub-Area Plan

The City of SeaTac is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare a sub-area plan for the Angle Lake Station Area, including a community-supported vision, strategies and project recommendations, that will guide the redevelopment of the area into a transit-oriented community.

The station area is located in SeaTac, around Sound Transit’s Angle Lake Link Light Rail Station, which will be constructed on South 200th Street, one block west of International Boulevard, and open in 2016.

There will be a pre-submittal meeting to ask questions and clarify the project’s scope on Thursday, August 15, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at SeaTac City Hall.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2013, in the office of the City Clerk, SeaTac City Hall, 4800 South 188th Street, SeaTac, WA 98188-8605.
