Smarter statutes, both in content and in process. This session


will look at very recent, diverse experiences and products of


two cities and one county. Come to learn and contribute your


own experiences and perspectives in your community or the


communities in which you’ve worked. Pithy comments and


abbreviated war stories welcome.
