This session will give an overview of the following:

1) What the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is

2) How the STIP is regulated

3) How/why federal and state legislation affect the STIP

4) How/why projects are selected for the STIP

5) What programming considerations exist

This session will be wrapped up with a Q&A and DOT&PF contact information will be provided to those who may have questions specific to state transportation projects in their area.
