Overview

Course Description: Climate Action Plans - how they are developed, what they measure and what they mean.
The Takeaway: Students will understand how state legislation initially birthed this movement; CAP development and CEQA review; industries (or projects) most affected by new CAPs, how to decipher targets and success, the impact of CAPs on local economies, and new technologies.
