Our closing plenary features experts and leaders who will bring the days sessions into sharp focus by identifying the best set of actions to reach our local and state goals.  Each panelist will highlight recommendations for land use, water and CEQA actions that in their view have the greatest potential to accelerate achievement of overall climate change goals and improve our quality of life, enhance our economic development, and protect our environment while using our tax dollars efficiently.   Opportunities will be provided for the audience to prioritize the recommended actions.
