Libbie will disuss the concept and development of Mosaics Cafe in Bartow Florida. Mosaics Cafe is an innovative "Pay what you can" cafe that addresses hunger in the community. There are no prices on the menu. Patron pay any amount that they are able. They may also volunteer to earn their food or even learn culinary skills so that they are able to find work in the food service industry.
