Unravel the mysteries of the State Environmental Impact Statement Law (Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapter 343).  This session will provide an overview of the EIS process, its relationship to other entitlement processes, case studies of projects at different steps in the process, and time for questions and sharing lessons learned.
