Navigating the responsibilities of neighborhood water bodies and natural lands can be a difficult task. Let an environmental specialist be your guide through the evolution of local and statewide environmental protection rules, common neighborhood-level environmental features, resources for determining the status of those features in your neighborhood, and how to find a vendor that is qualified to car for them.




Planning-related educational objective:

Attendees will learn about the history of statewide environmental protection rules and development platting, common neighborhood environmental features, and the resources for determining the regulatory status of those features. The workshop will focus on environmental regulations set forth from the State of Florida, and will also reference common regulations neighborhoods may encounter at the local government level.
