Orange County’s “Safe Neighborhoods” program has developed a formula for stabilizing communities that are showing signs of decline: help the community to develop its voice, connect citizens to information and resources, collaborate on a plan, and provide access to funds for neighborhood improvements. This presentation will explain how the program works, and share stories that will inspire your own neighborhood.
