The Neighborhood Enhancement Action Team (NEAT) started as an idea to use community volunteers to complete projects that enhance neighborhood appearance and property values. It grew from that idea into a 46-member not-for-profit, involved in everything from graffiti removal to park clean-ups. They don’t just transform neighborhoods – they transform attitudes. Let their enthusiasm guide your neighborhood into its future.

Attendees will learn the importance of citizen empowerment and Jupiters success in taking an idea into a successful program, the Neighborhood Enhancement Action Team (NEAT).
