Description: From 1908 to 1993, this 40-acre site was an operating sawmill in the middle of Flagstaff and adjacent to the Southside neighborhood.  Learn what happened to the vacant brownfield beginning in 2005 and through the ‘great recession’ and how it developed into a modern, walkable and mixed-use neighborhood.
