Panel discussion in review of local innovative concepts used to develop multi-family housing developments within the County. Local experts will highlight variations from common development strategies, exhibiting wrap-around resources to specific populations such as low-income residents, veterans, and the elderly. Successfully implemented concepts will include aspects on resident "social return”, creative and non-traditional funding uses for project development, green and sustainable materials methods, LEED certification approaches, strategically located developments, and demolition and reconstruction efforts including adaptive reuse.
