Hear from a developer and architect that specialize in large scale residential construction outside of the metropolitan statistical areas.  Explore three statewide examples of building numerous residential units in existing older neighborhoods of towns with populations below 25,000.  Discuss the cost advantages of residential infill along with market disadvantages and ways to mitigate those issues.  Address the design and site concerns that follow urban infill.  Learn about some of the financing streams available at the local, state, and federal level to help develop residential units in smaller towns.  Hear about the logistics and construction issues during development and the management and sales issues post construction.
