Overview

Presenting to the zoning hearing board can be tricky, particularly if a project is unpopular with
the public or has opposing legal counsel. The presenters will offer tips and tricks for preparing,
presenting, and questioning testimony for a zoning hearing. Session attendees will come away
with a greater understanding of this legal proceeding, whether acting as municipal staff or
expert testimony.
