With audience input and participation, the session will build a rental housing development proforma utilizing local data and assumptions on rents, construction costs, and cost of funds.  Participants will gain an understanding of how to analyze development feasibility and what it means for a development to “pencil.”  Following the session, participants will be provided with an excel template so they can tailor development scenarios in their own communities.
