Since forming ADC in May 2014, Al has consulted with Northern Land Use Research Alaska, LLC and the Municipality of Anchorage, AK on developing and completing the Anchorage Area Historic Preservation Plan. He has also served as the mid-Atlantic representative for Gray & Pape, Inc. supporting business development client relations and project oversight services and has teamed with Gray & Pape, Inc. on cultural heritage projects in Richmond, VA (Lumpkin's Slave Jail Site) and Petersburg, VA (Jarratt House). . . From 2007-2014, Al served as the deputy director of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) Prince George’s County Planning Department where he assisted the planning director in managing the agency’s work program, $35M budget and 190-person staff.
