With the current state of the KYTC's Highway Plan it is difficult, if not impossible, to predict funding for particular infrastructure projects.  This makes long or even short term planning impossible.  In 2016 KYTC embarked on an effort to add more dependability and predictability into the Highway Plan.  This session will discuss the context and how KYTC is trying to enable planning in KY.
