Overview

With Capital Improvement Planning (CIP) development playing such an integral role in the definition of future airport development programs and expenditures, it is critical that the plan be thorough, realistic and supportable by all the stakeholders. Participants will hear about airports that are currently going through the CIP process including lessons learned and benefits from the activity.  Additionally, tools for completing the CIP process will be shared.
